15 months tranning is not necessary for appearing in cs-exms.
yes, mr. chatwal, u will be elgible exemption of 15 month training , after doing ca and seek to registered in cs.

15 months training is neccessary to get membership in cs institute...
no exemption for training is provided to a ca...just last month my friend got this info.from sirc of cs .
i heard 3 months articleship should be undergone
