Creation oF HUF!!

go to bank  & open a HUF account  with signature of karta & declaration of coparceners your HUF is in existance

above reply is correct every person can declares him as huf but you need atleast one male mamber for this in family.a husband and wife can create huf.

after creating HUF when we put assets into common stock of HUF

and when HUF dereives income from it then it will be clubbed in our income

so how we will really get benefit from it

plz explain how the future working will be i.e.after creating HUF

coperceners should not put their assets in the common hochpot of huf then the income shall be clubed

the wise tax planning shall be get gift to huf from other than coperceners generate income & build up own capital & earn own income i think this much hint is enough
