I have received notice u/s 143(1) for filing ITR for A.Y 2018-19. while going through the notice I observed that CPC is not taken relief u/s 89(1) into consideration which is the only mistake shown in the notice. I have already uploaded Form 10E while filing my ITR. Kindly advice me what should I do now.

How could I response in the income tax portal? Kindly provide me all in details.
You may log in to the income tax return filing site. Please look into the Work list tab. Under for your action, the details of demand will be available with a option to furnish your reply. Please furnish your reply therin with available details.
In case the CPC doesnot consider your reply, there are every chance that your file will be sent to the concerned assessing officer.
You will receive a notice to remit the dues/appear before the officer to substantiate your claim. By that time, you can furnish all the details and convice the authority.
