Please tell me that whether last two chapter of QT in Costing are coming in nov 2011 or not ,the chapters are time series and the last one i dont remember,please give the necessary info urgently

Time Series and Hypothesis both chapters are not there for May 2011 exam onwards till the institutes new notification so, they will not ask in nov. 2011
please advice me which one among the two is better teacher for costing-final
