can anybody tell me the procedure to correct wrongly registered name in my registration letter in regards to CPT?
my major problem is even though i filled my IPCC registration form it is continuing to be wrong.the wrong name is being printed in the hall ticket of IPCC too.
pleaseeee anybody help me...
go to icai and give an application regarding correction of the name and also submit photocopy of your id proofs regarding the same.....i also faced the same problem

would you clear my some more doubts?
1.should we go to icai bhavan situated in my local region or should i appraoch icai at delhi?
2.id proof means the registration letter in which mistake arised or any other id?
3.how much time will they take to correct such mistake?
4.will the continuance of the mistake affect exams?
i don't know about your locality....i went to ICAI Vishwas Nagar in delhi....and id proofs means class 12th marksheet, 10th passing certificate, and the registration letter containing the wrong name..... and i guess it takes short time to correct the name....

friends m also facing the same problem, have recently got registered for cpt, it exhibits home adress at the place of name, what should i do to get out of this mess, i even send letter for correction to icai bhavan(delhi) i have not received any response yet.
