My query is regarding preperation of Corporate and Allied Laws in CA FInal.
I am finding problems to cope up with Munish Bhandari Main Book and I am thinking not to go for it.....
I am thinking to go for S Shrikant Book !!!!!
Please Let Me Know if it is enough for CA Final syllabus !!!!
Please let me know for this specific book and the strategy to prepare Corporate Law Subject !!!!!
very good book.Blindly go for it to get more than 60 in law.the latest edition of the book with all the amendments have been released.Many of my friends from chennai have scored more than 60 by reading srikanth.all the best

I have scored 68 marks in Corporate and allied laws and sipmly prepared Munish bandari and ICAI Study materials.
I am not saying other one is not gooe - just focus on study all the materials gives the same view only.
