Refer AMIT KARIA's LATEST CA FINAL BOOK

"Corporate & Allied Laws" by AMIT KARIA (Bharat Law House, New Delhi)

Latest ICDR Regulations & FEMA Updates are also there in the book.

Its a rocking book, go for it.
