Convert partnership firm to proprietary concern?

If the conversion has to be made in Karnataka then simply, if the firm is registerd then cancle the registration by making application to the registrar, and as per partnership deed conditions the firm shall be dissolved.

there is no need to get registration for propritory concern.

Also apply for the cancellation of PAN Card and other Registration.

In practical Partnership firm can not be converted to Propreitorship. Only it can be disloved. and A new Concern shall have to start.
