Yes, It is possible.
It is called as Re-registration.
First you have to apply in the Form 61 with all the documents which are required for registration of Producer company, Once the ROC will approve the document. Your company will get different CIN and Master data details also will be changed.
Note: First consult your ROC, that your are opting for the conversion.
Give the details regarding the procedure to change of private into a farmer producer company alongwith the fees of ROC.
