The best and easy way of conversion of partnership into co. is TAKEOVER...

U can incorporate a new company(if not exist) and then it will takeover the partnership firm.

My pleasure........but spelling of my name is wrong........................plz correct that.

Ya.Thanks Raza..

But  I have a query........If wer are speaking of the conversion of the Partnership firm into a company.....so is it that , it will automatically fall under the PArt IX companies.???

And does Partnership firm comes under existing company not being a joint stock company????

Rgds

Priya

Once the conversion of the partnership to company has took place. Then the newly formed coverted company will have the same chracteristics of a Ltd Company.

I think there is something wrong in Notes provided by Mr. Raza. part ix of companies act covers only conversion of company( registered under any other act) to company under companies act 1956.

All the other points of notes are correct except the heading. So while going through that notes dont see the heading other points are perfect.

and dear priya partnership will not come under existing company not being joint stock company.
