I've two groups pending for final CA (old syllabus) , now please let me know should i have to pay Rs. 1100/- for conversion from old to new syllabus plus 300 per subject extra to get new study materials or simply pay 2400/- and submit the form. Institute helpline is continuously coming busy since last 2-3 days. please reply. thanks in advance.

You are automatically converted to the new scheme from Feb 2nd,2011..So now u needn pay conversion fee of Rs.1100..They price u at Rs.300 per study material(including practice manual)..Collect it from the nearest Branch/ Regional Office
