A B & C all are partners in construction firm ABC DEVELOPERS. land are in name of all partners. GST number & exp. credit was taken in FIrm's name (ABC DEVELOPERS). Partners wants to make construction contract with Firm, is it possible legally???

Not possible, as p'ship firm is not considered as a separate legal entity, unlike a company.
