Continuous supply of services

Hello,

Understand that as per gst law as a service provider we are required to raise an invoice within 30 days from the date of service, however, if we sign an Agreement with the company and the agreement clearly specifies that the invoice will be raised only after 2 months from the date of service will it come under the Continuous supply of services section 2(33)? Can we raise the invoice after 2 months from the date of service under Continuous supply of services?

Thanks!

The invoice will be issued before or after the payment is to be made by the recipient but within specified time**. Invoice will be issued, whether or not any payment has been received by the supplier.

***There are successive statements of accounts/successive payments and the invoices are issued before or at the time of issue of each statement or at the time each payment is received.

Note : The continuous supply shall be be nature of On going process , yes the invoice can be issued as prescribed in contract
