I just wanted to know what are the consequences if I dont submit Form 112 to ICAI if I am doing CS along with CA. I heard from my friend that if ICAI comes to know, then the Articleship might also get cancelled. Is it true?

Yes it is correct that in case you dont submit form 112 with ICAI ,then your degree or articleship might be cancelled in case Institute come to know about this.
Institute is very strict regarding these type of matters. But still be careful.
