Compulsion to issue Form 16
Is it compulsory for a company to give the employee form 16 if TDS on salary is not deducted?

no. you issue form 16 only if there is TDS made.
If TDS deducted then its compulsory
yes, sapna ji, because i am salaried person, and my employer gives me form 16 every year.
