The registered person can avail the benefit compositin scheme for service & goodss as per the prescibed rule of composition scheme.
According to my interpretation - As per sub section 2(a) of section 10 of GST act - Registered person can avail the benefits of Composition scheme only on supply of goods in intra state - Registered person can not avail the benefits of Composition scheme on supply of any services except restaurant -.
