With the latest notification wherein Services other than restaurant are also not open for composition scheme with limit of INR 50 Lacs. Can any one confirm if this shall be applicable on rental income if this is the only service being provided within the state by the registered GST individual?

yes u can opt for composition from 1/4/19....bt turnover should be less than 50L
