sir, i am want to opt composition scheme but i have made inter state sales in the month of july 2017.
can i apply to opt composition scheme now?
Before opting for composition scheme, you can make inter-state supplies. The bar of interstate supplies does not apply if such sales have been made prior to joining the composition scheme. Once you join, you cannot make inter-state supplies.
