I beg pardon ...actually the rate is 1% (0.5% of chat + 0.5% of sgst).
pls read with section 10 and cgst act ... for others 1% , for manufacturers (1%sgst+1%cgst) =2% and hoteliers (2.5+2.5%) =5% and turnover limit in speacial states being 50lakhs and other states is being notified to be 75lakhs
