i purchased goods from a outside state, am i eligible for composition scheme. i engaged in the business of ready made and turnover is also below 50 lacs.

Yes, if only your sales is within the state.
Yes you are eligible for composition sheme as a composite dealer is not allowed to make interstate outward supply but can purchase from outside state.
