can a composite dealer purchase goods from another composite or unregistered dealer & what about the tax or RCM

no issue when a composite dealer purchases goods from another composite dealer but when he purchases goods from unreg. he will have to pay Under RCM at applicable rate of the goods purchased by him.

Suppose, me and my father both stay in the same shop and the turnover of the shop is less han 150 lakh in last year, then can me and my father both pay gst under composition scheme as allocating turnover to me and father will be less than 75 lakh.?
