can cloth dealer importer apply for composition?

Yes, they can apply for composite scheme but they will not get the input tax credit of it..last year turnover should not be more than 50 lacs and they should not cross 75 lacs turnover in a FY. They should not be supplier of service except in case of restaurant.
and they can not export good to other states
