If your turnover is More than 20,00,000/- but not exceed 50,00,000/- then you need to register under gst composition scheme.
my turnover is under 50 lakhs but i purchase from register dealer and also unregistered dealer than what happen for gst setup
If you goods is taxable:-
Purchase from Register dealer :-
Not eligible to take ITC.
Purchase form Unregister dealer :-
Liable to pay reverse charge.
Better to take the normal registration under GST ACT.
My turnover is below Rs 10lac and I purchase locally from registered dealers and supply locally. Now I want to supply to other states. what should I do.
