completion of days query

Form 108 should be submitted u on or before 31st July without fine .i.e within 30 days from completion..and regarding ur leave, see in ur total articles period of 3 1/2 yrs, u are entitled to 180 days leave...So in ur current firm, ask ur auditor to show less leave to make the total leave( including the one which u have taken in ur ex-firm) less than or equal to 180days. If extension is made , then fill form 107 along with form 108 and submuit both to Institute within 30 days of ur articles completion.

as per my view,

you have filled transfer form at that time you also filled , 109, which is form of discontinuence of articleship.

so your articleship is getting over by 28/07/2010 only. & whether your sir will show less leave or not your articleship is extended only. 

ya its , seems to be unfare, i.e. transfer procedure of 1 month or else is to be bared by the students only.

agreed with bhaviks view....same in my case i also get transfer and took extension of 22 days...

so my aticleship period has been extended by 22 days.....extension period can not be set off with less leaves it has to be done by extra days in articleship
