there is no such minimum or max amount. generally freshers charge between 3.5-4.5k.
while senior members charge minimum 5k plus

Agree, it totally varies fom the practitioner to practioner and the client to client. Nothing can be specified.
Specifically, it can be said it varies from 3 to 10 thousands, depending upon the practioner and the Client both.
