I am an CS exeutive programme. While preparing for Company Law I encountered a problem that whether National company law tribunal is in operation? While reading book it is written that company law board/ central government (existing/proposed) and the date of change is yet to be notified. but while reading the bare act only central government is used. Moreover, according to section 10FA it is written that on and from the commencement of companies(second ammendment) Act, 2002 the board of company law administration constrituted under sub-section(1) of section 10E stands dissolved. But Company Law Board is still in operation.
What should I do now? Please help
