Provisions relating to incorporation of new company under Companies Act 2013 are yet to come into force. Hence presently there is no change in the procedure.
What is the new procedure to be followed for incorporation under the new act.
Provisions relating to incorporation of new company under Companies Act 2013 have already come into force w.e.f. 01.04.2014. Here's the list of notified sections till date (as per attachment)
