Form INC -1 has been uploaded and name has been approved. While uploading INC-7, INC-22, DIR -12 payment regarding stamp duty was unsuccessful. expiry date for making the payment has also been completed and payment status is transaction has been cancelled. Also 60 days has been completed for the name . Kindly suggest an alternative as the same which has been approved is required.

The approved name is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of filing of Form INC-1. However, MCA vide circular 31/2014 dated 19.07.2014, the deadline has been extended upto 18.08.2014 stating further that even after expiry of the extended time limit, an intimation to the applicant has been sent mentining therein the last date. Hence, you may check the date mentioned in the letter of intimation thereto by MCA.
If,the proposed company is not incorporated within such period, the name shall be lapsed and will be available for other applicants. Please note that there shall not be any provision for renewal of the name.

You still have a chance to get that name all you have to do is that kindly fill a new INC -1 with the same name requirement. Attach the previous letter issued by MCA regarding availability of name if it still remains unallotted it will be allotted to you. But if it is availed by any other person then sorry you can do nothing.
