Company formation without CA

Professionals deserves fee for their attestation work.  So pay them and get the work done. For attestation they charge a nominal amount,  in the range of Rs. 500/- per form. I don't think any professional will be ready to do it free unless the company being formed is for some chartitable purchases.

I dont think you correctly undestood the message. I did not mention "free" anywhere. I said that i was not willing to pay "full formation fee".  Can you suggest somebody who will do this for 500 Rs. I am willing to pay.

Ofcouse, just give him work for certification of form he will certify and charge fee for the certification of the form only, nothing else would be charged by him.

But if he would be entrusted any other work, ofcourse he would charge professional fee. And ofcouse he should charge.
