Company Closure Voluntarily__STK 2
In STK-2, we have to attach statement of assets and liabilities. We also have to extinguish/pay off all liabilities. Company has many liabilities but no cash and bank balance. Can we take NOC/affidavit from creditors that they had waived off their amounts and attach it in STK-2...?

Yes. A NOC in form of affidavit will act as proof and should be attached as optional attachment while filing STK-2.
