my final attempt is in may,2015 so whether companies bill, 2012 will be applicable at that time?

Once the bill becomes act then old law is useless and then ICAI will revamp its syllabus instantly u need not worry about it.ICAI will announce it.
We need to wait for the Parliament to carry out its business rather than seeing adjournments. So once the Bill gets passed in the Rajya Sabha, then ICAI will notify the attempt in which it will be applicable.
Till that time, focus on Allied Laws portion and make sure you have done good preparation on that part.
