Dear all,
one of my friend income belongs to commission for sale of goods to third party.
He got total gross receipts 1800000/- in FY 2017-18.
My quiery is can he file Income Tax return using ITR 4 u/s 44AD declare net profit 8%.

no in case of earning income by way of commission ,person can't opt 44ad
