Draft Code of Conduct for CA students who are appearing IPCC or CA Final (whether or not in articleship) issued by ICAI.......Students need to comment upon it within 45 day.......upto 22nd Dec 2011..

Frnds comment upon dis....is it good for students or bad ? 1st time ICAI recognised our value in der eyes....m happy now v r looking like professional...now like a CA we also have code of conduct n we hav to follow d same...click on it read care fully.....it is in professional language of ICAI those we studied in professional ethics...

In reality it's hwat ICAI has been notifying to students till now...regular traning, form 112 ??

same blah blah blah.............., more powers to members, no care for artilces. COC says only 35 hours of work and in exigency not more than 45 hrs which is further to be compensated but is it actually done?? we work more than 45 hrs in a week on a normal basis and over 60 hrs when outstations and finalisation. Do we ever get compensated for the same by any means?? NEVER.

Further in terms of our stipend which is pending to be increased from years remains pending.

Nothing to comment upon freinds. Here the old era continues.....................
