i have a query
i have applied for close of a company under fte mode and shown all figures as nil as company has not opened bank account and nothing has been done in the company. now roc is asking for comparative figures from incorporation of company and how all the items have been shown nil. in your opinon what i should do in this case ?
What is the date of incorporation of the company? How all figures can be NIL? Company must have at least share capital and corresponding figures in the assets side either by way of cash in hand or miscellaneous expenditure. There have to be certain routine expenses like audit fee, ROC fee etc.
company was incorporated on 25.08.2012 and from the date of incorporation it has not done any activity and directors had not paid anything to the company and also expenses of incorporation was 15000
