a client of our want to revised its GSTIN Number of diffrent state (client Have Multiple Location ) in an invoice which was made in may 2018 and GSTR1 had been filed regard the same please Suggest is there any way to revise the GSTIN of that particular bill in July ?

No revise possible in gst returns. You can make ammendents in GSTR1.
