I cleared account paper in Nov10 and cleared my Group 2 in May'11 but In Group 1 i scored 61 in Law too in May'11
My Question is Am i eligible for exemption in Account & Law for my group 1 for Nov'11

No exemption is available for Law as u r already having exemption in A/c.
Once exemption is there in any subject then futher no other exemtption is allowed even though u score 60 or above.

No we can not choose. Once exemption is utilised u have to continue with that only no option for chosing.
