Charges registration/modification - form 8

If to secure a Credit Facility from a Bank, A Supplimental Deed of HYP and A extension of Deposit of title deed is executed. is it necessary to file 2 form 8 for the same.

Earlier two form 8 were filed for this. now can we proceed to file a consolidated form or need to file  2 modification of both earlier charge ID for HYP and Extension of Deposit of Title Deeds seperately.

yes if it is same charge then you have to modify by filing separately a charge can be modified any no. of times unless you create new charge for new loan you have to file modification only
