If to secure a Credit Facility from a Bank, A Supplimental Deed of HYP and A extension of Deposit of title deed is executed. is it necessary to file 2 form 8 for the same.
Earlier two form 8 were filed for this. now can we proceed to file a consolidated form or need to file 2 modification of both earlier charge ID for HYP and Extension of Deposit of Title Deeds seperately.
