A private limited company ABC Ltd has 3 directors X, Y and Z. The director has to resign on the 2nd of septembr 2013. and in place of him a new drector-M ha to be appointed. Please suggest all the formalities to be completes. What forms have to be filled up and what are al the requirements.
Also, please suggest the list of all the places where he DSC of the outgoing director has to be changed.

Get acceptance to act as director from incoming director
File EForm 32 for resignation of outgoing director and appointment of new director as Additional Director.
This is all required.
