I' m tranferred from Jamshedpur to Kolkata.How can I change my jurisdiction A.O?

As per my opinion, first you have to application for reissue of PAN and afTer that you have to make an application to your current A.O for changing the jurisdiction.

since every assessments are done at CPC it is not necessary to change the AO. anyhow you want to change then you can apply for a correction in the pan card
no need to do any correction in pan card just submit an application to your current AO stating that u r transferred and request him to transferred tha pan to new jurisdiction AO
