I applied for Certified Copies on 13th August 2013. I have still not got the copies. Ealier it was showing "Application Under Process". Now it is showing "Record Not Found". Whats Going on. Somebody Pls help

i applied for certified copies on 7 aug 2013 n i received my certified copies on 8 sep 2013 but my friend applied on 10 aug 2013 but still not got the copies it is showing application under process n now he is fed up of waiting dont now what to do
