CENVAT on pipeline
is it possible to get credit of line pipes in GST regime as line pipes and pipeline (line pipes+fittings) are different?

yes it is possible but it should be amount to manufacturing.
As long as they are input and used in manufacture of taxable goods, on which excise/tax is paid, CENVAT can be availed irrespective they are pipeline or otherwise.
