Cenvat credit in service tax
Hi, We are 100% EOU, We have paid the Service tax through Courier Bills, Telephone Bills. can i take the cenvat credit or refund

A pvt. Ltd provise security services to B pvt ltd. so who is the liable to pay service tax. If A ltd charge service tax in billing
If both are corporate, then service provider (A Ltd.) is liable to pay the service tax.
