What is minimum and maximum age limit to consider child education allowance exemption.

Is child born onwards eligible for exemption?

Is until retirment employee eligible (exe: employee having only one son/daughter age 45+)

I guess there is no age limit specified.

I agree with you.

But which is not correct right..If employee produce any receipt from first month (date of birth month) onwards. Is we accept exemption? Child have some age to go school even nursery also.

We need to analyze in depth .
