Is Rebate u/s 87A allowed to a person having only casual income.??

can you please give the section reference
it's allowed upto a total income (even if casual) - rebate under 87A of 2500/- is allowed.
Eg. if you win lottery of 3 lakhs and that's your total income, you are allowed rebate under 87A
