I work in construction company. We require cash on daily basis for labour and some materials. What is the limit of cash withdrawal in a month and in a year?
Please suggest will it affect my accounts.

there is no limit on cash withdrawl from bank
restriction is on cash expenses as per section 40a(3)

the restriction is you can not pay by cash in excess of rs 10000 to a single person in a single day.
