how much maximum cash we can receive from one person in one day and how much in a year and is there any difference if we receive from unregistered or registered dealer?

registered or unregistered is immaterial. if you receive 2 lakhs or more from a person in a single day or in a year from same person in respect of single bill or in respect of an event, then sec. 269st will attract.
if it's loan, you shouldn't receive more than 20000/- in aggregate from a person by way of cash as per sec.269ss
