This limit is given under income tax act not under gst act if you are filing return under presumptive scheme then there is no limit for cash transactions.

in GST u cannot deposit any tax more then 10000/- in bank

sorry it's by CASH upto 10000/- u can deposit Ur tax into bank in GST
