Cash bonus exceeding 20000

whether cash [Rs. 130000] paid to employees as bonus , attracts section 40 A(3) disallowance?

[But it is allowable u/s 43 B on payment basis] pls clarify

also Salary for staffs total comes to above 20000 in a day.. whether any disallowance?pls clarify.

Also Purchase of Rawmaterials against cash payment exceeding 20000 .. whether it is allowable.?
