whether cash [Rs. 130000] paid to employees as bonus , attracts section 40 A(3) disallowance?
[But it is allowable u/s 43 B on payment basis] pls clarify
also Salary for staffs total comes to above 20000 in a day.. whether any disallowance?pls clarify.
Also Purchase of Rawmaterials against cash payment exceeding 20000 .. whether it is allowable.?
pls clarify.
For salary there would not be any disallowance. However for bonus & purchase of raw materials the disallowance would attract.
