Case law citation in papers

If you can write the citation as delivered by judgments, you are a genius. But, since you will be studying plethora of cases in various law papers, it’s humanly impossible to remember all the case laws citation as rendered. And Institute does not expect the same from the students.

In the above example, you can simply quote:

The Hon'ble ……. High Court (Supreme Court, as the case may be) in the case of "Bakelite Hylam" has held.........( write the substance and judgment in your answer).
