Carry forward of indirect taxes

I wanted to know how can I carry forward indirect taxes and in case when I carry forward indirect taxes (Excise Duty, Vat, Service Tax etc) how will the government collect the same. I am attaching a  sample bill for better understanding.

   Mr Abhishek,

 There is no provision for carrying forward any tax under any VAT law. Whenever you make a sale you have to collect VAT on the invoice(whether credit or cash) and pay it to the govt at the end of a month....MJK
